Society of Fellows and Members of RCOG in Egypt is a professional organization registered under number 5662 in 2015 with the Ministry of Social Affairs, our society serves as the legal body through which the ERC-RCOG conducts its activities in Egypt.

The Egyptian Representative Committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (ERC-RCOG) is the international representative committee of the RCOG in Egypt. We partner with the RCOG to promote women’s health advocacy by working with local government and civil societies to ensure that women’s healthcare remains a top priority in Egypt.
We, the Egyptian Representative Committee (ERC) and Society of Fellows and Members of RCOG in Egypt, are committed to advancing the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) in Egypt. As the liaison between members in Egypt and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), we undertake tasks that align with the interests of our specialty. We actively seek and represent the views of our members, ensuring their interests are prioritized.
Our mission is to foster the growth of O&G in Egypt by supporting postgraduate training and education, developing and adopting best practice guidelines, and encouraging recruitment to the specialty. We are dedicated to improving the knowledge and clinical skills of Ob/Gyn physicians in our community through ongoing research, education, mentorship, hands-on training, and collaboration with other organizations in the region.
Moreover, we strive to promote a culture of empathy, respect, and compassion among our members, recognizing that healthcare is not only about treating illness but also about supporting women through all stages of life. Our goal is to empower our members to provide the highest quality of care possible.
